Decisions

Holley Custom Homes provides you with guidelines to help you stay within your budget. Having a custom home built provides you with great flexibility in regards to these decisions. We offer advice and suggestions, and will accompany you during this decision-making process. We have the experience of building several custom homes while homeowners are living in other states. The decision process was done with ease.

1) Decide on Building Site

We can assist you with this decision by walking the site and addressing the elevations needed to provide a walk-out or day-light basement. We also take into consideration window and light directions.

2) Choose House Plan

Many of our updated plan books are available for your review. There are several architects we can recommend in the area that can either customize a stock plan or draw a custom one-of-kind plan.

3) Arrange Meeting with Banker

Holley Custom Homes has worked with many of the local banks and will provide you with contacts if needed.

4) Purchase Building Site

5) Finalize Construction Drawings

6) Begin Construction
