The roots of Holley Custom Homes started in the early 1950s when Dennis Holley's father realized there was a need for high-quality housing in the Ann Arbor area.
Dennis and Joy continue the vision of Dennis's father who was dedicated to provide outstanding personal service, quality craftsmanship, and honest ethical business practices. It is important to note that Holley Custom Homes clients work side-by-side with the Holley family, not representatives of the company.
Today, Holley Custom Homes builds approximately three to five houses per year in Washtenaw County. In our modern, fast-paced climate, this is a rare circumstance. As stated by Dennis Holley, 'We enjoy being a custom builder so that we can work closely with our clients to ensure the highest quality and exceed their expectations.'
